In a commitment to sustain and strengthen ongoing programs and support athletes and their families, we are accepting grant applications for individuals, schools and league organizations.

We are also very interested in new programs and projects that are happening in the community, and encourage you to let us know about yours.
Awarded funding will be widespread throughout Northern California. Moreover, funding will be invested strategically, strengthening youth baseball and softball programs, supporting athletes and families throughout the region.

TO APPLY FOR A GRANT

Please click on the Athlete Grant Application Form link below and the form will open for you fill out the required information. Once completed, click "Submit" and your finished application will be forwarded to the Foundation for review. We will let you know our decision normally within 48 hours after submitting your request.

*Based on the grant application, after review, the KV8 Memorial Foundation may invite select organizations to provide additional information.
